These terms govern your use of bawler.ai (the "Service"), operated by Bawler. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Bawler is

Bawler provides statistical football analysis and model-generated predictions for entertainment and informational purposes. Bawler is not a bookmaker, does not accept stakes, and does not process bets.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

Predictions are model estimates of probability, not guarantees. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Nothing on the Service is betting, financial, or investment advice. Any decision you make is your own responsibility.

3. Eligibility & responsible gambling

You must be 18 or over to use the Service. Gambling carries risk. If betting affects you or someone you know, support is available at BeGambleAware.org and GamCare. See our disclosure page.

4. Subscriptions

The Banker pick and public track record are free. Bawler Pro is £7.99/month with a 7-day free trial, billed via our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and does not refund the current period unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute Bawler data at scale without permission, and do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bawler is not liable for any losses (including gambling losses) arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is".
